My final project will be on what Northeast Passage is doing at UNH.  I'm going to an event that's at the Hamel Gym tonight and I hope to find out more about the people who make it work.  I've got in contact with the UNH leader of the project already.

An inspiration for my project was the documentary Murderball, here is a trailer,

  1. Max,
Wow, cool video. We've got to show that to the class. So many good production ideas there. If you can match the intensity and pace of that story -- and tell a good story at the same time -- you'll have a winner. I guarantee you that little clip involved many, many hours of recording. Particularly in this kind of a story, that's the only way to be sure that you are left with enough quality footage, photos, recording or whatever to create a project that is consistently intense. And remember to use email or Facebook to gather as many sources as possible by reaching out to people in your address book, telling them what you are doing, and asking them to pass it on.
